Refund policy

Returns + exchanges can only be made in the case of defective or incorrect items within 14 days of the item being shipped out. If 14 days has passed, no refunds or exchanges can be made. Please let me know as soon as possible if you have any issues with your item(s). Since every item is handmade (no machine here!) and several are made to order, slight variations from photos is natural and is what makes my items so unique. Shipping costs cannot be refunded, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
